idéék is committed to the future, and the rise of sustainable and eco-friendly solutions. We have sought out products that offer quality and sustainability. This ensures there is no compromise when it comes to the project end result, or our planet.

We use a versatile, strong and environmentally friendly material that we handcraft to your requirements. Originally developed in Scandinavia more than 70 years ago, our product is lightweight and made from recyclable materials. It is also termite and fire resistant making it a good choice for Australian homes.

Offering our discerning customers an environmentally conscious choice is important to us and we intend to keep getting better at it. The majority of the products we use to create our interiors are made using compostable and recyclable materials. Some of our suppliers even use solar energy to produce their products!

Most of the finishes we use have either little or no toxic substance, are free of or low in volatile organic compounds (VOC), which means clean, breathable air. We also minimise the use of packaging by hand delivering the majority of our items using our in-house delivery service.

We aim to create long-lasting interiors. We don’t create for the masses. Each piece is mindfully and masterfully custom-made to suit each one of our clients. We only use what we need, reducing wasted resources and combating the throw-away buy-for-now mentality.
