OUR TRUSTED PROCESS

Complete a brief form or send us an email with your specs and reference images. Also, let us know a little about your delivery requirements so we can make sure we can accomodate your request. (For example, do you need us to deliver a three metre table to the third floor in the Barossa?)

After reviewing your brief, we’ll send a high level quote so you can get a feel for what your project will entail and how much it will cost based on what we know so far. At this stage, we can talk through your questions and discuss preferences and budgets.

Once you accept our quote, we require a deposit to get your project under way.

Here, the sampling process commences. We use the initial briefing, and talk to you if we need to iron out any nitty gritty design details to ensure your finished product is just as you imagined.

Depending on the project, we will present you with a final design to approve. If this is not needed, then we will by-pass this step.

Once the sample is approved, your build commences. We usually estimate a 10-12 week average lead time but this is highly dependant on each project and what is required.

Here is where it all happens, including the building, plastering, sealing and finishing touches. We will send you work-in-progress photos and updates, taking you on the journey with us.

Our quality and assurance process lands here. Although we have many along the way, this is where we give it the final once over, making sure all those finishing touches are in place before it leaves the nest.

We will contact you a week before your project is completed to arrange delivery details and final payment.

Once we receive your instructions and final payment, we will deliver/ install your masterpiece.

A month after delivery, when you’re acquainted with your new interior, we will be in touch in case you have any queries or concerns you would like to discuss with us. Of course, you are free to call us anytime before then.
